Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
This policy covers solangekiema.com and every application published under it: the webinar site (webinar.solangekiema.com), the pre-call questionnaire (app.solangekiema.com), and the 6 Types of Rest course application.
Personal data is only collected when you provide it yourself. There is no profiling, no advertising tracking, and no automated decision-making.

Your data is used solely for the purpose for which it was submitted. It is never sold, and it is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
By subscribing to the newsletter through any form on solangekiema.com, webinar.solangekiema.com or the course application, you consent to receiving regular email communications from Solange Kiéma, including news, updates, and offers related to her products and services.
Your name and email address are collected and stored by MailerLite, which is the platform used to send these emails. Your address will not be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
You may unsubscribe at any time by:
Unsubscribe requests are processed within 5 business days. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the emails sent before you withdrew it.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Solange Kiéma does not see, handle, or store any payment card information at any point; card details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure payment environment.
What she does receive and keep is the information needed to identify the purchase and issue an invoice: your name, your email address, the product purchased, and the amount paid. Invoices are retained for the period required by French accounting law.
If you complete the questionnaire before a discovery call, your answers and any documents you choose to attach are sent to Solange Kiéma and stored securely so that she can prepare for your conversation.
This information can be personal and sometimes sensitive, and it is treated accordingly. It is used for that single purpose, it is never shared with anyone else, it is not stored anywhere publicly accessible, and it may be deleted at your request at any time by writing to contact@solangekiema.com.
Attaching documents is entirely optional. If you would rather not upload anything, the questionnaire can be completed without it.
The course application is deliberately built so that your written work never leaves your device.
Where your answers are stored. Your progress, written reflections, exercise entries, quiz answers and personal rest plan are saved locally in your own web browser, on the device you are using. They are not transmitted to, or stored on, any server, and Solange Kiéma cannot read them.
What this means for you. Because your work is stored in your browser, it is specific to that browser and that device. Clearing your browsing data, using private or incognito mode, or switching to another device or browser will mean your saved progress is not available there. Key documents, including your rest type profile and your personal rest plan, can be downloaded as PDF files from within the course, and you are encouraged to do so if you want a permanent copy.
Clearing it yourself. The course application includes a visible reset function on each of its dashboards, so you can erase your stored answers whenever you wish, without needing to contact anyone.
solangekiema.com may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device. You may disable cookies at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may affect the functionality of certain parts of the website.
The 6 Types of Rest course application sets no advertising or tracking cookies of any kind. It uses your browser's local storage purely to remember your own progress through the course, so that your work is still there when you return. Local storage is not sent to any server and is not readable by other websites.
A small number of service providers process data on Solange Kiéma's behalf. None of them has access to your data for any purpose other than delivering the service concerned.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, that transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for under GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Under GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@solangekiema.com. You will receive a response within one month.
Any testimonial or feedback you provide will only be published with your explicit permission. You may withdraw that permission at any time by writing to contact@solangekiema.com, and the testimonial will be removed.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, please raise it directly first by writing to contact@solangekiema.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with a revised date at the top.
